Outlook Version 2003 go to Tools, then options, then click on Mail Format then signatures click on New enter a name eg Phoenix email sig... then at the bottom of that window, leave the dot in the top circle next click on advanced edit blah blah blah - click yes Microsoft word will probably open up at this stage with a blank page click on insert hold your mouse over picture, slide to the right, then click on from file then browse through your computer to where you saved the email footer file I sent you when you have located it, click once on the file, then at the bottom of that window click on insert then close microsoft word (save - yes) To set up your outlook so that it always starts with your email footer there, go back to Tools, then options, then click on Mail Format at the bottom of the box where there is a line that says: "signature for new messages" to the right of this is a little drop down window with the downward pointing triangle click on this and choose Phoenix email sig then apply/OK etc and you're done If you want to send a new email without that signature footer file, click once on the file, then delete (on your keyboard)
