Ann has had a varied and interesting working life since graduating from chemical engineering school in China.

Costing Analysis, Editing, Company Accounting and Importing Management are some of the roles she has enjoyed. This work experience gained from both China and New Zealand will enable her to deliver high quality customer service by quickly attending to all the details required with professional analysis and excellent negotiation skills.

Ann has lived in Christchurch for 13 years and has a good knowledge of the city. She also has hands-on experience in investing in property including property management and accounting. Ann's decision to move into the real estate industry is the realization of a dream she has had for many years.

Having obtained real estate qualifications from both Polytechnic and Harcourts Academy plus the advantage of speaking fluent English and Chinese, Ann is able to provide excellent services to different ethnic groups of clients.

As a LICENSED SALES CONSULTANT, Ann enjoys listening to people's needs, strives to provide best service to her clients and endeavours to achieve great results for them.
