CREDIT CONTROL MANAGER

Merna Brotherston is an experienced Property Manager with thirty years experience in the property industry.

Merna is responsible for ensuring all rent is collected on time and up to date. If a tenant does become in arrears, she is responsible for the follow up, the ‘Ten Day Notice of Breach of Agreement to Pay Rent’ and in some cases the eventual Tenancy Tribunal Hearings.

Merna’s role requires not only that she have an exceptional understanding of the Residential Tenancy Act, but also that she is able to deal with difficult tenants appropriately and professionally.
