I can only say that Nathan Najib has exceeded our expectations in what we thought
a real estate agent could deliver. Not only was the service Nathan provided highly
professional but the price we eventually arrived at was also above expectations to say
the least!
I met Nathan after an unsuccessful attempt to sell our late mother’s property 7
Fisher Avenue, Beckenham privately. We had accepted a conditional offer on the
property which had fallen through and after the work involved in first trying to
sell the property and then trying to keep track of developments through our lawyer
only to find out that the sale wasn’t going to happen, we decided we needed some
professional help
The choice to go with Nathan was instinctive and not difficult. The result of our
introduction to Nathan was that he took the business of selling homes seriously. As he
pointed out, he didn’t get paid unless a sale happened. At the same time he does have
a good sense of humour.
Shortly after Nathan came up with a marketing plan, which involved advertising and
open days and a date for the eventual auction. Nathan also put us in touch with a
business that made some useful suggestions and supplied furniture to make the home
more attractive. The relatively small expense in doing this paid dividends.
During the numerous open days which were held, Nathan kept us briefed on turnout
and provided a weekly report which provided feedback from visitors to the property
and identified those who came back for a second look.
The process worked a treat. The property was brought to auction a week early due to
receiving a very good offer. The result of an auction price $55,000 above the previous
conditional offer when attempting to sell the property, speaks for itself.
We are grateful for the advice and encouragement Nathan provided through the whole
process of selling Mum’s home. I intend having Nathan market another property
in the near future and would have no hesitation in recommending him for anyone
wishing to sell a property.
