As students rate their professors on a 1 – 10 scale under various categories (10 = high), so too could a similar scale be used to describe Lisa. Most categories would score 8 – 10 (excellent). Rather than this formality, we prefer to relate our personal experience with Lisa, as a person as well as a consultant.
