Since joining Harcourts Phoenix in 1993, Geoff has accomplished more than your ordinary real estate agent. Now pushing past his seventeenth year he doesn't look set to slow down.
Being dedicated to his clients and a strong communicator, Geoff's method within real estate is
straight forward and tuned to his clients needs and wishes.  On top of this Geoff is a true innovator as his list of achievements attest to. 

Among the industry accreditation's, Geoff has been recognised for several innovative solutions to diverse client problems including the first New Zealand auction for the lease of a commercial property.  During the sale of a North Canterbury bach he was also involved in setting the sales record for the highest price per square metre obtained for seaside frontage within New Zealand, a record he is keen to surpass with his current clients.

Throughout his career Geoff has also been immersed in subdivision, property developing, and project management, spending many years familiarising himself with the ins and outs of investment properties and development, personally becoming involved in many projects from the ground up.

Geoff has used this knowledge to run multiple investment seminars and write and publish fifteen books ranging from taxation and foreign exchange, to the New Zealand housing market and investment market.

Geoff's experience and in depth understanding of the New Zealand property market has helped him achieve the sale of over 45 million dollars of property within Canterbury and a growing community of happy clients.  His extensive knowledge base affords every client the sound piece of mind that they are getting a service well in excess of expectations when working with Geoff.

Outside of the real estate framework Geoff is also a keen golfer, traveller and bridge player.  He also has an interest in horticulture, having invested much time, energy, and capital in a large greenhouse project that is under way within Canterbury.
