Real Estate is Dougal’s chosen career. A career path inspired by his father’s successful local Real Estate Company, Boyd Real Estate Ltd. Having qualified as a valuer, Dougal began working for his father in 1990 taking over the company in 1996. In 2005 he amalgamated with Harcourts Phoenix seeing this as an opportunity to once again to enhance his own career and that of his staff.
A LIFESTYLE AND RESIDENTIAL SPECIALIST
Dougal specialises in lifestyle blocks and residential properties. His extensive local knowledge of the Canterbury region is enhanced by his natural love of the land gained from a childhood growing up in rural Lincoln and his many years as a rural valuer. Dougal now lives in the city with his wife, Trudy and their three children, Emily, Kate and William.
