Years spent in significant administration and managerial
roles have prepared Chris well for this industry. Strong people skills and sales and
marketing experience gained in hospitality are her best asset. She appreciates the
importance of working hard for her client, the value in communicating effectively and
perhaps most of all in delivering great results.

She is a long term Cantabrian with local knowledge and has an appreciation of the
benefits of different suburbs throughout Christchurch. Over the years Chris has owned
several homes in Christchurch and also a 30 acre lifestyle block in Loburn. She
understands the differing requirements her clients may have of a home as they progress
through life. She is always happy to go the extra mile to assist her clients achieve a less
stressful property transaction.

Chris enjoys all forms of cricket, and stubbornly maintains a faith in the Black Caps,
convinced that they will again shine through, never say never! She loves live theatre,
socializing with friends, she works at gardening and of course needs to walk the dogs
each day.
