On the 29th of December, 1993 I started a new chapter of my life with my wife and two children in Christchurch, which is far away from my home town, Hong Kong.

The opportunity to face the biggest challenge of my career arose when I took over the Chung Wah Restaurant from Mr Chan, the renowned owner.  I ran the restaurant for more than 10 years.  Trust was earned and friends made during this period and I can claim this as a highlight of my career to date.

After selling the business, I had a break from the hospitality industry and then made my decision to accept a new challenge as a LICENSED SALES CONSULTANTat Harcourts Phoenix Real Estate Ltd.

My experience in the Lions Club of Christchurch Chinese as a chartered member and later as President helped me to appreciate more than ever the importance of "give and take" within the community and that enthusiasm is the key element to put this into action.

Through the intensive training program from Harcourts, I understand there are three basic elements to make me successful in the industry and fulfill our mission "client for life through finest service" and these are being Trustworthy, Enthusiastic and Systematic.  From my past experience and present training, I feel confident in being able to help you in selling or buying your most valuable asset.

Having continued, ongoing business by way of referrals from happy, satisfied clients is my ultimate goal.
